Refunds & Cancellations

At StudyNest, users may purchase online courses, exams, certificates, or other digital learning services.

Once payment is completed and access to the digital service is provided, payments are generally non-refundable.

• Refunds may be considered only if payment was deducted but the service was not activated.
• Duplicate payments made accidentally for the same service may also be eligible for review.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment with valid proof.
• Cancellations are not applicable once course access, exam access, or certificate generation has started.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method based on payment gateway or bank timelines.
• StudyNest reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.
